After having a baby, you may feel overwhelmed, disoriented, and exhausted.
There can be such high highs, where you feel more love and joy than you have ever felt before, and such low lows, you may feel isolated, unsure, and hungry for acknowledgement and support.
You may wonder:
Is this normal?
Am I doing a good job?
How do I take care of my baby and myself?
Who can I talk to about this?
Mama Bloom is a powerful guided postpartum group that provides connection, reassurance, and resources. It will give you a greater sense that... YOU CAN DO THIS.
Mamas are connected to their own inner wisdom AND are guided and supported by women who “get it” and who have been in similar places.
The mamas who come through our groups often make lasting friends, feel less alone, feel seen and heard, gain confidence and gather resources on their journey.
Nicole McCharen created Mama Bloom in 2016. After the birth of her first baby in 2009, her world was rocked. She felt like everything changed, she longed for safe , sacred, and life giving spaces to connect with other mamas and saw a lack of them. Nicole blended her background as a social worker, life coach, doula, and mama to create an intentional postpartum group that honors the transition of adding a new baby to a family’s life as well as fostering community and connection amongst group members.
The Mama Bloom Team
Through the years, Nicole put together a team of professionals and mamas who are committed to facilitating these group experiences. They love caring for mamas during the postpartum period and know how to cultivate intentional community in each group. As a team, we have decades of experience in the doula, therapy, healing, and coaching worlds and work closely together on how to best serve families in the postpartum period through postpartum groups. Also, between us we have 14 kids total! We really get how it feels to add a new baby to your life. We want to support you every step of the way during this sacred transition!
